In Louisiana, Bienville, Bossier, Caddo, Caldwell, Claiborne, De Soto, Grant, Jackson, La Salle, Lincoln, Natchitoches, Ouachita, Red River, Sabine, Union, Webster, and Winn. In southeast Oklahoma, McCurtain. In Texas, Angelina, Bowie, Camp, Cass, Cherokee, Franklin, Gregg, Harrison, Marion, Morris, Nacogdoches, Panola, Red River, Rusk, Sabine, San Augustine, Shelby, Smith, Titus, Upshur, and Wood. * Through late tonight. * Periods of moderate to heavy rainfall will continue along and behind a cold front across much of East Texas, Southeast Oklahoma, Southwest Arkansas, and North Louisiana. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches, with isolated higher amounts in excess of 3 inches over portions of Deep East Texas, North Louisiana, and Southcentral Arkansas, will be possible through tonight, although the threat for heavy rain will begin to diminish from west to east late tonight. * Flash flooding of roads, low lying, and poor drainage areas will be possible.
